How we handle personal information

This notice covers the HeatDone public website, business enquiries and relevant business contacts. Client-document handling is agreed in writing before any engagement files are accepted.
Who operates HeatDone
HeatDone is a trading name of BEASIGHT, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle registered under SIREN 951 910 835, of 50 rue Saint-Placide, 75006 Paris, France. BEASIGHT is the controller for the personal information described on this page.
What we collect and why
We may hold your name, job title, employer, business contact details, fit-check answers and correspondence. We use this information to answer enquiries, assess whether HeatDone is suitable, prepare or deliver an engagement, meet legal obligations and make relevant business-to-business introductions.
The information normally comes from you, your organisation, its public website, a public professional profile or an official public record. Our lawful bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and introducing a relevant business service, and legal obligations where applicable.
The public website
The website is static. It has no document-upload form and does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, your message is handled through our business email service.
Sharing and retention
We use service providers needed for email, hosting and business administration. We do not sell personal information. A named reviewer receives client material only after the client has agreed the scope and authorised the sharing in writing.
Prospect and enquiry records are reviewed after 12 months without a meaningful interaction and deleted when no longer needed. If you ask not to receive business messages, we keep only the minimum suppression record needed to respect that request. Engagement records follow the retention terms agreed with the client.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, and you can object to its use. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying “no” or emailing contact@heatdone.co.uk.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the French CNIL.
